Key Responsibilities

Leads high-impact analytics initiatives focused on risk adjustment and quality improvement
Serves as the lead analytics partner to senior leadership across various functions
Designs and develops advanced dashboards and executive-level reports integrating various insights

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
8+ years of experience in data analytics or healthcare analytics
Proven track record in developing executive-facing analytics in healthcare organizations
Deep knowledge of HCC coding, risk score methodologies, and quality metrics
Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
