Principal Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Analyst-GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Own core GTM planning frameworks, including capacity, quota, territory, and coverage
• Lead annual and in-year planning cycles, including AOP development and scenario analysis
• Design and maintain capacity and headcount models, and support planning transitions between fiscal periods

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GTM planning, sales operations, or related roles in a SaaS or subscription business
• Deep experience with capacity modeling, quota setting, and territory design
• Strong analytical and modeling skills to translate ambiguity into structured insights
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Anaplan, and SFDC, with comfort in BI tools
