Principal Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in EST, CST, or MST, the full-time Principal Data Analyst will analyze large healthcare datasets to derive actionable insights, serve as a liaison between clinical and AI teams, and ensure responsible implementation of AI tools in alignment with healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and AI/ML teams, translating healthcare workflows into AI use cases
• Communicate complex data and AI concepts clearly to educate stakeholders on capabilities and best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or health tech roles
• 5+ years of SQL programming experience
• 3+ years of SAS programming experience
• Demonstrated expertise with large-scale claims and healthcare datasets
• Solid understanding of health plan economics and performance levers
