Principal Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support revenue cycle performance and organizational financial objectives, the full-time remote Principal Data Analyst will design, implement, and manage complex data analysis initiatives while balancing multiple stakeholder requests.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data analysis initiatives to enhance revenue cycle performance
• Manage multiple concurrent requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analytical outputs
• Utilize advanced SQL and data modeling techniques to analyze large and complex data sets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of seven years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, including advanced query development and performance optimization
• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Epic systems, including data extraction and analysis from revenue cycle modules
