Principal Data Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for designing and managing complex data analysis initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Data Analyst will support revenue cycle performance and organizational financial objectives while balancing multiple stakeholder requests.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement data analysis projects to enhance revenue cycle performance
• Manage and deliver timely analytical outputs while ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of seven years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles with large data sets
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, including advanced query development and data modeling
• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Epic systems, including data extraction and analysis from revenue cycle modules
