Principal Data Analyst

Job Summary

Managing complex data analysis initiatives, the full-time Principal Data Analyst will support revenue cycle performance and organizational financial objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data analysis initiatives to enhance revenue cycle performance
• Balance multiple concurrent analytical requests from various stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery of outputs
• Extract, interpret, and analyze data from Epic revenue cycle modules to inform decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of seven years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles involving large data sets
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, including advanced query development and data modeling
• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Epic systems, including Epic Clarity, for data extraction and analysis
