Principal Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support revenue cycle performance, the full-time remote Principal Data Analyst will design, implement, and manage complex data analysis initiatives while balancing multiple stakeholder requests and ensuring timely delivery of analytical outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data analysis initiatives to support organizational financial objectives
• Manage multiple concurrent analytical requests and deliver high-quality outputs in a timely manner
• Extract, interpret, and analyze data from Epic revenue cycle modules to drive insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of seven years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, including advanced query development and data modeling
• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Two years of experience working with Epic systems, including Epic Clarity
