Principal Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Principal Data Analyst will manage data analysis and business intelligence tool development, conduct empirical analyses to inform clinical operations, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions across Lines of Business
• Design and create data models, ETLs, and data integration jobs while ensuring data quality and normalization
• Communicate complex analyses effectively to leaders, presenting clear and concise insights for strategic decision-making

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of data analysis experience and report development
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages or data/analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake, Python, R, AWS, Tableau, or Power BI
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with integrated teams
