Job Summary

As a highly analytical and proactive problem solver, the full-time salaried Principal Data Analyst will drive data-informed strategies and optimize business processes while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical solutions and insights that guide executive strategy
• Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards to visualize performance metrics and automate reporting
• Collaborate with business leaders to define key metrics and connect analytics to financial and growth objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
• Deep expertise in Power BI and SQL, including experience with scalable semantic models and executive dashboards
• Strong understanding of data modeling, KPI design, and data governance practices
• Proven ability to lead complex analytics initiatives from concept through implementation
