Job Summary

To support a growing analytics department, the full-time remote Principal Data Analyst will provide measurement and analysis related to the member journey and growth funnel, focusing on marketing performance, acquisition conversion, and onboarding engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary analytics support for product-oriented delivery teams centered in the Growth POD
• Analyze transactional business data and interpret performance metrics to connect them to organizational outcomes
• Develop data models for KPI reporting and engage in creative problem-solving to drive insights

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of analytics experience
• Expertise in data warehousing, SQL, and cloud databases like Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and dbt
• Proficiency in A/B experimentation and modeling marketing and transactional data
