Principal Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the enterprise ERP reporting portfolio, the full-time Principal Data Analyst will manage product backlogs, define reporting requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable analytics solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a domain expert, partnering with business groups and data engineers to frame problems and leverage data for strategic goals
• Create and maintain interactive data visualizations and analytic services while ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and quality
• Provide consultative, data-driven support on product and business strategy development, including ROI analyses and KPI development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, or data science
• Five years of experience in data analysis, including technical skills to extract and interpret complex data sources
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database design
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
