Principal Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Analytics team, the full-time remote Principal Data Analyst will design and build analytic solutions, establish best practices, and drive AI-enabled development while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver impactful insights.

Key responsibilities

• Establish trusted partnerships with clinical and operational leaders to identify and measure system changes
• Architect and develop complex analytics and reporting solutions using the Google tech stack, including BigQuery and Looker
• Champion AI workflows and modern analytics engineering standards to enhance team efficiency and data quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics or analytics engineering in production environments
• Deep expertise in dbt, complex SQL, and cloud data warehouses, particularly Google Analytics tech stack
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Semantic Layers and metrics frameworks
• Proven ability to mentor analysts and establish team-wide analytics standards
