Job Summary
As a Principal Data Analyst on the Product Optimization team, this full-time salaried position will analyze complex healthcare revenue cycle data to inform product decisions, leveraging advanced SQL and big-data tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in the Insurance Discover product and its operational processes
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product performance enhancement
- Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, particularly in healthcare analytics or revenue cycle analytics
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with big-data environments such as Databricks or similar platforms
- Strong statistical foundation with practical experience in various analytical techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
