Principal Data Analyst
Job Summary
As a Principal Data Analyst on the Product Optimization team, the full-time position will analyze complex healthcare revenue cycle datasets to inform evidence-based product decisions, leveraging advanced SQL and big-data tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the Insurance Discover product lifecycle and customer workflows to drive product performance improvements
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing product accuracy and customer outcomes
- Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives for various stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, particularly within healthcare revenue cycle or related fields
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with big-data environments such as Databricks
- Strong statistical foundation with practical application of analytical techniques
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for data analysis and decision-making support
