Principal Data Analyst
Job Summary
Leading strategic clinical operations analytics projects, the full-time remote Principal Data Intelligence Analyst will analyze complex problems using data, partner with stakeholders to define business questions, and develop optimized SQL queries while mentoring analysts and providing technical leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead analytics projects focusing on quality, safety, access, productivity, and patient experience
- Develop complex SQL queries and perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis of large datasets
- Create and support Tableau dashboards and other visualization solutions to communicate insights effectively
Required qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience in data analytics, healthcare analytics, or clinical operations
- Advanced SQL skills and strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle, including understanding data structures and workflows
- Proficiency in the full analytics delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field
