Principal Data Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the HR data science and AI strategy, the full-time Principal Data Analytics Analyst will design scalable AI-driven HR solutions, manage workforce analytics, and develop executive dashboards while ensuring data quality and governance across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale AI-driven HR solutions, including automation of HR service delivery and workflows
• Lead analytics and reporting using Workday, providing insights on headcount, attrition, and workforce planning
• Develop and maintain executive-facing dashboards in Power BI

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or AI, preferably in HR/People Analytics
• Strong expertise in Workday reporting, data models, and APIs
• Experience in building AI solutions or automation, such as chatbots and workflows
• Advanced skills in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming tools
