Principal Data Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership in data solutions, the remote Principal Data Analytics Engineer will design and implement Denodo data virtualization services, optimize AWS data infrastructure, and support integration software for University College.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Denodo data virtualization architecture, ensuring ongoing maintenance and support
• Lead the development of AWS architecture and promote the use of the Tufts AWS landing zone
• Act as the primary technical contact for University College, collaborating closely with internal customers to design event-driven systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in an AWS cloud environment
• Expertise in Python programming
• Strong SQL skills
• Basic familiarity with data virtualization concepts
