Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term data architecture strategy, ensuring security, performance, and scalability
• Mentor and grow a team of data engineers, establishing best practices and overseeing database infrastructure operations
• Drive data operational excellence, implementing monitoring and governance processes for data access and performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or database engineering, with at least 3 years in a principal or architect-level role
• Extensive experience with enterprise-grade, multi-tenant data infrastructure for SaaS platforms
• Expert-level proficiency with MongoDB and its associated technologies
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex data migration projects
• Strong understanding of data security principles and enterprise compliance requirements
