Principal Data Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Architect - AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise data architecture and own the data models for analytical and operational data platforms
• Design and maintain a meta-model that captures key data entities and relationships
• Drive the lakehouse strategy and architect Delta Lake patterns on Databricks

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and data architecture roles, with recent experience at the architect level
• Experience as a Data Architect in a SaaS company within the FinTech or financial services sector
• Deep expertise with Databricks and PySpark on Azure, including Delta Lake and structured streaming
• Production experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud or similar integration platforms
• Strong command of dimensional modeling, Data Vault 2.0, and modern lakehouse patterns
