Principal Data Architect

Job Summary

Owning the Marketing and Revenue Management data architecture strategy, the full-time Principal Commercial Data Architect will modernize platforms, establish architectural standards, and enable scalable, cloud-native solutions while collaborating with executive leadership and technology teams across various US locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year data architecture roadmap aligned with commercial strategy, focusing on lakehouse evolution and governance
• Own architectural standards for Databricks and cloud-native environments to ensure scalability and performance
• Lead the development of governance frameworks and establish data observability and quality standards across the organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or enterprise data platform leadership
• 5+ years of experience in architecting large-scale cloud or Lakehouse environments, preferably with Databricks
• Hands-on knowledge of Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Preferred domain expertise in Gaming & Hospitality Operations or Marketing & Commercial Analytics
