Principal Data Center Architect

Job Summary

Driving the future of physical infrastructure, the full-time remote Principal Data Center Architect will define next-generation Data Center architectures, oversee MEP systems, and lead proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own reference architectures for Data Center environments, ensuring future-proof designs
• Serve as the primary technical stakeholder for MEP systems in both colocation and build-to-suit environments
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and transition successful pilots into global deployment standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center architecture or infrastructure engineering
• Deep expertise in MEP systems for data center environments
• Strong knowledge of cooling technologies and high-density deployments
• Familiarity with AI/ML hardware roadmaps and emerging infrastructure approaches
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and represent the company at industry events
