Job Summary

Managing multiple data centers, the full-time Principal Data Center Operator will lead performance analyses, monitor facility health, and drive process improvements while overseeing incident resolution and supporting expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee performance monitoring and analysis of data center operations, identifying trends and implementing enhancements
• Lead incident management efforts, resolving escalated technical issues and utilizing automation tools to mitigate risks
• Manage data center expansion projects, acting as the primary liaison and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in data center operations or related field
• Proficiency in performance monitoring tools and incident management protocols
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Strong background in managing data center expansions and infrastructure upgrades
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams and projects
