Principal Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Engineer who can work collaboratively with a diverse team to solve complex business challenges using innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise data solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Lead discussions with clients and recommend technical solutions for business cases
• Collaborate with teammates to encourage innovation and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Cloud/Data Analytics, including Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Data Services
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Unity Catalog and Delta Lake
• 6+ years of experience with visualization tools, especially Power BI
• Experience in machine learning, including predictive/prescriptive analytics with R and Python
• Development and scripting experience using CI/CD methodology, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and GitHub Actions
