Principal Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines using various tools
• Develop and maintain robust ETL processes and automate workflows
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data engineers

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Matillion, Apache Airflow, and Apache NiFi
• Experience with DBT and the Microsoft Data Stack
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is highly desirable
