Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Data Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines using various tools
- Develop and maintain robust ETL processes and automate workflows
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data engineers
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Matillion, Apache Airflow, and Apache NiFi
- Experience with DBT and the Microsoft Data Stack
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is highly desirable
