Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Secure data sources, design data models, and build distributed components and pipelines for data-driven decision-making
Develop and automate large-scale data processing systems to enhance business growth and product experience
Analyze large data sets to identify gaps and inconsistencies, providing insights to advance effective product solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
At least five years of post-baccalaureate experience in software or application development
Minimum three years of experience in data engineering, managing data pipelines
Proficiency in Python, AWS (S3, SQS, SNS), ETL, GitHub, Scala, Java, and Spark
Experience with data modeling and analytics product development
