Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable, resilient data pipelines using modern distributed systems
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines ensuring data consistency and high availability
Integrate data synchronization with key marketing systems and establish best practices for monitoring and recovery

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience as a data engineer in high-volume e-commerce or transactional platforms
Expert level in Python and strong SQL skills
Deep expertise with distributed message queues for event-driven architecture
Proven experience designing scalable AWS cloud data architectures
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
