Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement scalable, resilient data pipelines using modern distributed systems
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in Python and SQL, ensuring data consistency and high availability
Integrate data synchronization with key marketing systems and establish best practices for data pipeline monitoring

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience as a data engineer in high-volume e-commerce environments
Expert level proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills
Deep expertise with distributed message queues for event-driven architecture
Proven experience in designing scalable AWS cloud data architectures
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
