Principal Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level data architecture and platform strategy, establishing standards and frameworks across projects
• Design and deliver production-grade data pipelines for batch, streaming, and real-time use cases
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to business development efforts through technical proposals and client presentations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal role
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data platforms
• Deep experience with AWS data services such as S3, Redshift, and Kinesis
• Experience supporting AI/ML workflows, including data preprocessing and vector database integration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
