Principal Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Engineer, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for analytics engineering and own solution design and implementation across analytics platforms
• Design, build, and optimize scalable analytics pipelines using modern data platforms
• Develop and govern business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and executive reporting

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data engineering roles
• 6+ years of experience using Databricks for building and optimizing analytics and data pipelines
• 5+ years of Cloud experience (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX and performance tuning
• 1+ years of experience delivering AI-driven analytics or data solutions
