Job Summary

To drive the evolution of the data platform, the full-time remote Principal Data Engineer will architect solutions, lead modernization efforts, and collaborate across teams to enhance data workflows and product features.

Key responsibilities

• Lead platform modernization by migrating pipelines and improving CI/CD processes
• Design and deliver complex data products for analysts and product teams
• Mentor engineers and enhance the analytics engineering standards through documentation and tooling

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in data or analytics engineering with experience in managing complex systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS and modern data stack tools such as Snowflake and dbt
• Proven track record of leading platform migrations and managing technical risks
• Ability to design secure data ingestion and access control patterns
