Job Summary

Seeking an ambitious Principal Data Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on backend development, architecting systems, and leveraging AI to enhance engineering velocity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Shape technical strategy by partnering with leadership to align engineering priorities with business objectives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record in leading complex initiatives
• Proficiency in Go and familiarity with .NET and TypeScript codebases
• Experience with event-driven architecture in microservices using tools like Apache Kafka
• Strong understanding of AWS platforms and experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
