Principal Data Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance credit and debit card servicing experiences, the full-time Principal Data Engineer will set a comprehensive vision, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with UX/UI experts, while working remotely from any US location.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the product backlog to the development team and stakeholders
• Implement and manage CI/CD processes to streamline product development and deployment
• Utilize data analytics to measure development progress and ensure compliance with security standards

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools for task management and documentation
• Proficiency in utilizing AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying scalable products
• Experience with CI/CD processes using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
• Familiarity with API design and testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
