As a key contributor to data platform initiatives, the remote Principal Data Engineer will own the architecture and delivery of modern data platforms, shape client data strategies, and lead implementation efforts while mentoring team members.

- 10+ years of experience in software development and 7+ years in data engineering
- Expertise in Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark-based processing
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale data pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms and their data services
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as Epic, HL7, and FHIR
