Principal Data Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end process of evaluating and onboarding new data sources, the full-time Principal Data Integration Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate integration and delivery of data that meets client needs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured evaluations of new data sources, assessing schema, coverage, and fit against product needs
• Produce data dictionaries and mapping documentation to guide downstream teams and ensure accurate integration
• Gather requirements from client-facing teams and translate them into integration specifications while managing the onboarding process

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years in data-focused roles within healthcare data companies or related fields
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of data integrations, including scoping and QA processes
• Experience with data lake architectures and data normalization processes
• Familiarity with tools such as VBA, R, or SPSS; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience gathering and translating client requirements into data specifications
