Principal Data Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on designing and supporting data integrations for finance, sales, and human capital management systems, the full-time Principal Data Integration Engineer will work remotely to deliver enterprise-grade ERP solutions, oversee architectural design, and provide technical guidance while ensuring data integrity and security.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and release
• Deliver robust SQL-driven pipelines and maintain high standards of quality in system implementations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members while participating in multiple projects simultaneously

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on MS SQL Server
• Proficient in writing, optimizing, and debugging complex T-SQL queries and ETL processes
• Experience orchestrating data workflows across middleware tools and enterprise platforms
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to troubleshoot data mismatches and resolve pipeline failures in production environments
