Principal Data Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data and Asset Management Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the design of enterprise-scale CMDB and asset management systems
• Own the data architecture and integration strategy for asset and configuration data
• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for asset data ingestion and validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of software engineering experience with complex systems
• Deep experience building data-intensive backend systems, including ETL pipelines
• Strong expertise in Python and/or Go for data pipelines and automation
• Hands-on experience with CMDBs or large-scale metadata platforms
