Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI-driven systems for the Spectra Platform
• Develop and iterate on agent workflows, guardrails, and evaluation strategies
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from requirements to deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in distributed systems
• Proven track record of delivering large-scope, high-impact projects
• Experience designing and building AI or model-driven systems in production
• Understanding of API design and cloud-native development principles
