Job Summary
To support healthcare organizations in adopting AI solutions, the full-time Principal Data Scientist will lead the design and implementation of generative AI and machine learning solutions, focusing on clinical decision support and workflow automation, preferably in the Nashville, TN area.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design of AI and ML solutions tailored to healthcare and life sciences use cases
- Architect generative AI solutions using the Google Cloud AI ecosystem, ensuring effective implementation
- Serve as a senior technical advisor, translating complex data science concepts into actionable business strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or healthcare analytics
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI services, particularly Vertex AI and BigQuery
- Practical experience in designing generative AI and agentic solutions
