Key Responsibilities

Communicate with diverse teams on AI methods, including Generative AI and traditional ML
Document findings, create reports, and present results to stakeholders
Develop Python scripts for automating testing processes and analyzing results

Required Qualifications

BS degree plus 5+ years of experience in computer science, applied mathematics, or similar fields
5+ years of experience with the full ML system development lifecycle
5+ years of experience with advanced NLP models and methodologies
5+ years of experience with Python and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy)
Deep understanding of ethical considerations and fairness in AI model development
