Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and AI development teams to ensure responsible AI practices across diverse ML methodologies
• Design and develop job aids, guidance documentation, and best practices for responsible AI use
• Develop Python scripts to automate testing processes and analyze AI system outputs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end ML system development, deployment, and maintenance
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with NLP models and methodologies
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy)
• Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and fairness in model development
