Required Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Health Sciences, or Statistical Sciences preferred; Master's degree required
• 8+ years of experience with data at scale, including model training and validation
• Experience working with product teams in clinical or youth-focused healthcare environments
• Foundational expertise in biostatistics and experience analyzing complex datasets
• Proven experience in building transparent and reproducible research pipelines
