Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of ML models to predict and influence customer behavior
• Drive insights for core product areas using causal inference, predictive modeling, and experimentation
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and ML Platform teams to build scalable data pipelines and model operationalization workflows

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
• Experience in implementing marketing data science models such as predictive models and advanced segmentation
• Skilled in causal inference techniques and experimentation frameworks
• Strong fluency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in production-grade ML models
• Proven track record of partnering with Product to define metrics and shape product strategy
