Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Data Scientist, AI Web Game.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and guide the implementation of the data collection strategy and governance across all titles and platforms
• Design and specify a scalable, real-time pipeline for ingesting, processing, and analyzing gameplay and engagement events
• Build models and specify data platforms that translate raw player data into actionable insights for both humans and machines

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and machine learning, with at least 5+ years in gaming, media, or interactive entertainment
• Deep expertise in structured and unstructured data, including event taxonomies and behavioral analytics frameworks
• Expert-level experience with modern data architectures such as real-time streaming, data lakes/warehouses, and MLOps pipelines
• Proven track record of applying machine learning or AI techniques in production systems using real-world user data
• Curiosity about games, player psychology, and generative AI, with a desire to work at their intersection
