Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of data science and AI solutions while engaging with stakeholders to improve business performance
• Mentor and develop the next generation of data scientists, ensuring data integrity and effective collaboration
• Apply machine learning and statistical analysis to develop and optimize models, communicating findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in a relevant field with 5+ years of data science experience, or a Master's with 7+ years, or a Bachelor's with 10+ years
• Experience managing structured and unstructured data and applying statistical techniques
• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience in a relevant area
• Experience developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions
• Equivalent experience may be considered
