Principal Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data Scientist to leverage data science techniques in solving real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define quota-setting strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to apply machine learning to quota and incentive design
• Write efficient code, lead project teams in data integration, and provide feedback on product features
• Mentor engineers on data best practices and oversee data acquisition and integrity issues

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in a relevant field with 5+ years of data science experience, or a Master's with 7+ years, or a Bachelor's with 10+ years
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google)
• 10+ years of programming experience in Python, SQL Server, and PySpark
• Experience translating business requirements into data-driven solutions using ML algorithms
• Proven ability to mentor junior data scientists and lead end-to-end ML lifecycle projects
