Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Principal Data Scientist, the role focuses on leading complex data science initiatives, designing and deploying AI/ML models for personalized guest experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale data science projects with minimal supervision
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models to enhance personalization and commercial analytics
• Collaborate with Engineering and Analytics teams to define data requirements and optimize data pipelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• 8+ years of relevant experience in data science
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (e.g., Spark, TensorFlow, Keras)
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in cross-functional environments
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-centric industries preferred
