Job Summary

Providing technical leadership, the full-time Principal Data Scientist will guide a team in the deployment of AI/ML solutions for cloud gaming analytics, focusing on real-time diagnostics, predictive modeling, and user retention strategies, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML-based solutions for actionable insights and real-time analytics
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop a technology roadmap and deliver results
• Enhance organizational productivity by analyzing large datasets and improving capacity management through innovative forecasting models

Required qualifications

• Master's/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, or a related field
• 15+ years of software experience in large-scale production deployments with 8+ years in Statistics/AI/ML
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Java, along with modeling frameworks like Scikit-learn and TensorFlow
• Experience with data storage and processing tools, including Spark and Delta Lake
• Demonstrated success in leading data science projects at scale
