Principal Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support the Decision Sciences team, the remote Principal Data Scientist will lead the development of advanced AI/ML systems, create data-driven business solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize healthcare outcomes through predictive modeling and custom algorithms.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead development of advanced AI/ML systems to solve complex healthcare problems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions and custom machine learning models
• Serve as a senior technical authority in AI/ML, mentoring team members and improving customer data architecture

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or applied data science
• 8+ years of experience in Python-based machine learning development using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• 5+ years of experience designing and deploying production machine learning systems
• 5+ years of experience providing data-driven solutions using SQL or data visualization tools
