Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Principal Data Scientist will build data science solutions for business challenges, focusing on customer propensity, product forecasting, and recommender systems while collaborating with data engineering and ML Ops teams.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development, from requirements gathering to validation and implementation
• Implement monitoring for data science solutions to identify model degradation and ensure acceptable performance levels
• Engage with key decision makers to iterate, test, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
• Three years of experience developing production-grade data science models and algorithms
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying and transformation
• Experience with feature engineering using statistical techniques
• Collaboration experience with engineering and ML Ops teams to operationalize data science solutions
