Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-driven educational technologies, the full-time remote Principal Data Scientist will design and build generative AI systems, enhance personalization engines, and apply advanced statistics to improve learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build generative AI systems that align with education standards
• Enhance AI-driven assessments and content generation for personalized learning
• Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment, testing, and optimization of AI solutions

Required qualifications

• PhD in Statistics or a highly quantitative field
• Strong experience in generative AI, particularly in personalization or content generation
• Proficiency in Python with a focus on end-to-end project ownership
• 4-5 years of post-PhD industry experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
